I own a 2017 Jayco 12UD Jay Sport Camper and we are wondering if it is normal for the white outer roofing layer to separate from the under layer.
We don't see any interior signs of water issues. Besides the obvious raised areas in the photos, there are many places along the top that you can feel where it is loose from the under layer and then there are areas where it is fine and feels tightly sealed.
I talked to the dealer and the response was it's not longer under warranty and supposedly they have never seen such and issue.
Prior to this one we owned a Jayco Heritage pop up for 20 years and never had an issue with the roof. A family member still owns it with no roof issues.
