Rubber Wiper

Good morning everyone, I hope you're all having a great day. I have an 8 foot jayco pop up, the sport model. The rubber wiper the front and back bunks slide across is ripping away. I'm looking to replace, however my Jayco dealer no longer sells this part. I've looked around online and cannot seem to locate. Anyone know of a site that might sell this part by the foot. If not I'm sure I'll find a suitable substitute. I've attached photos.
