There are a few things about my RV design and workmanship wise that are quite annoying
What is it with the edging on countertops and cabinets always being short, see pics. I had the same issues in my other RV where the edging was cut short and you can see raw wood on every counter and gable...it's like they precut all the pieces short and has to use them
Applying silicon neatly is not difficult so why is it usually a smeared mess. I've spent lots of time looking at and cleaning off ugly silicone from around our sinks...it just looks bad. Please use the smallest bead and practice somewhere else first
Why no toe kicks on RV cabinets? It would be great/convenient for running things like heating/water pipes and electricals under a raised floor that's set back...no more kicking the cabinets and it looks good too
Maybe the fancy RV's have some but how about baseboard and casing instead of 1" molding for base and no casing? It would look a lot better even if it's plastic...easy enough to DIY I guess but that's also annoying
It's too bad/annoying when some glampers stopover here, ask for and receive help then you never hear from them again
It's nice to know how the advice went sometimes...many do appreciate the help of course or at least you taking the time
Feel free to comment and leave your pet peeves
