NOT WHAT THE TPO Manufactures Recommend! The manufacture recommends for a TPO roof, Dawn dishwashing soap or Simple Green to clean your TPO roof. Along with lots of scrubbing power. Has anyone tried 30-Second Outdoor Cleaner. Get it at Lowe's Home Improvement or Tractor Supply for less than $20 a gallon. I got a 2.5 Gallon jug for $30 at Lowe's. I want you to know this stuff worked amazing. First off, Jayco 28.5 RSTS sitting under a large Maple and Oak tree most of the Year. Roof was really discolored and molded. I wash 1 to 2 times a year. This stuff worked so well I might try 4 times a year. Here is what I tried. Mixed by directions 50% water and 50% 30-Second cleaner in a spray bottle. On a not so sunny day I went up on the roof and sprayed the entire roof with water. Always keeping the roof wet. I then spaced-out areas to clean. I sprayed that entire area with cleaner. I stood back and watched to see what was going to happen. 15 seconds elapsed and nothing seem to change. About 20-25 second and the black mold turned light brown. At 30-seconds I hosed off the cleaner and dirt. Roof was bright white as a sheet of paper. NO SCRUBBING. Spots that I could never get clean with Simple Green or Dawn turned white. Will I be replacing my roof someday. Not sure. My tests spot didn't show any damage. If I do, and Armor Roof is going on. No Maintenance. One note when cleaning your roof with any cleaner make sure you wash off the sides of the RV as you go. I washed the entire RV when done. These helps prevent streaking on the RV sides. Has anyone else tried this cleaner. Does anyone have any other Ideas. What use to take hours to clean my roof is done in less than 30 minutes now. Less work more Glamping.

I also use 30 second cleaner mixed with a little car wash soap for the roof. I use Mold Armor for the sides.
My roof is 21 years old and needs a new coat of Hengs.

Hi Mcburt... thanks for this info as I have a 2010 Jayflight with the same under- the-oak-tree mold here in the PNW also. I will try it. I think it is mostly bleach. I see your heart is in Yuma..would that be the Pilot Knob BLM off Rattlesnake Road?
