Seismic landing gear sheer pin

Seems as if a sheer pin snaped on my front left stabilizer jack. Motor turns but no movement. Any one have this issue before? easy to fix? Still under warranty. Would Jayco send someone out to fix it on site?

My ODS side leg gear completely sheared off and I had to jack it up and tie it up to get loaded. If it truly is just a shear pin then check the square rod that runs between the two legs for a bolt. There should be 2 of the them, one on each side about 4-6 inches from the top of the leg. These have been known to go and can be easily repaired to get you to the shop.
