Seneca 37RB Firefly problem solved.
After arduous email and phone research with Jayco and Firefly, I was able to start troubleshooting. The wiring diagrams from Jayco didn’t prove very helpful. Colors don’t match, for example, and connectors are not correct either. The Firefly diagrams were very helpful however, and by taking the layout of the Jayco diagrams, the symptoms pointed to the Roof Harness, which starts its journey by going into the basement under the bed. Every device that wasn’t working was on this harness. Oh boy… I noticed that all the grounds were bussed back to one point, which was 10 ft shorter than the home run to the Firefly. Looking underneath the chassis, I found four clusters of grounds in the very back of the passenger side of the coach. The self tapping screw on one had sheared off, possibly helped by corrosion. Whew, no wall removal, etc. needed! Time to reassemble the bedroom.
So, if you encounter a similar case of several functions not working, start back there instead of looking under the bed.
