Seneca bunk bed slide won't go in

We just bought a 2012 Seneca 37fs with the bunk house slide. I leveled the RV put out the slides while we were loading the RV then when I went to retract the bed slide the switch does nothing. Checked the breakers and fuses. When you push the switch absolutely nothing happens??? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If your not even gettting a click there has to be a loose connection or bad switch. Does it click if you try to put it out further? Do you have other 12 volt systems working?

There is not even a click. Other 12 volt systems are working. I took the switch out of the wall but couldn't see anything wrong although it is mostly just the switch and adapter plug. Going to call Jayco today and see what they have to say.
