Seneca sewer line clog

Hi fellow Seneca owners, I have a 2016 with a sewer line clog in main pipe below both black and grey water valves. Does anyone know of a way to clean out the line. Have tried with a clean out stick put getting from main valve up to that point is difficult due to making bend in macerator box
