service availability

My Highland Ridge trailer is currently in Denver and I have been trying to get a couple of warranty items repaired. The two listed dealers are Camping World and Gander RV. They are scheduling drop off repair visits in mid August, with 2-4 week turnaround. What would someone do who is on the road with a breakdown. I'm new to RVs but find this lack of service unacceptable.

Not unusual due to the massive amount of sales and lack of Service Techs and service bays. All you can do is contact Highland Ridge and see if the will authorize a Mobile Tech or independent service center.

tried to get an appointment two weeks ago here in Illinois and it would have been out in August back then. So I did the brakes myself. what I saved would have paid for all my tools and parts and then some!



If the dealer agrees it is warranty work and you can put it off you could schedule if winter work.
