Has anyone replaced the shower curtain with a regular compression rod and curtain? I cannot stand how the factory curtain does not stay closed at both ends while showering.

That's what i have on mine.....but I will soon be changing to the extending one to get more room. The compression works fine but I need more room. Save yourself money and get the RV extended one you will be glad you did.

I reused the track and clips on the existing one and put them on a vinyl one which happily sticks to the sides and prevents the water leakage.

When I traded in my 22FB, the shower curtain was the deal breaker that sent me away from Jayco. The trailer that we wanted and would have been a good match for my truck had the plastic curtain, DW said no, and I agreed. We spent enough time mopping up the bathroom floor, we both said enough is enough. Walk-in shower enclosures are great.

I'm going to try that. The factory curtain is NOT waterproof. We found that out this weekend on our first big outing. :cussing: Oh well, it's a learning curve.
