Hello,
I have this strip along both side of my 2014 Jayco greyhawk 29MV. Looks terrible but I don’t know how to remove safely? Any ideas would be much appreciated!

I suspect it must be glued down but I don't know for sure. What I do know for sure is that mine started looking exactly like that quite a few years ago but looks a whole lot better ever since I started applying White KIWI shoe polish on it almost every time I wash the RV. If you want to try this as well then clean up the strip as best you can before applying the KIWI, as the darker areas tend to show through the white polish a little, but for sure it will still look better (you may need multiple coats and the KIWI "paste" shoe polish\wax is better as I first used the type with a sponge applicator which was easier but didn't look as good). ~CA

Shoe polish is an excellent idea! I'm going to try some dark brown on the decals. I was considering masking and painting, but if shoe polish can buy me some time, I'm doing it! :)

Take pictures, as if that works well for you I think I may give that a try as well. :)
