I spent less than $20 for this little mod that prevent water from the gutter to drip to the front or back of the RV.

What you need:
4 caps for the water spout $10 from Amazon (for 4 of them)

Long clear plastic hose

1 Plastic washer or O ring.

I burned the end of the hose that goes inside the cap in order to prevent from sliding out.
Easy to put on and remove.

No picture available (trailer stored for the winter), but a similar hack based more on the downspout chains is to take a single strand of Romex and attach a gator clip at one end. Clip the gator to the downspout and then twist the Romex around the bend so it drips at the front of the unit. Water will follow the wire around bends until it drips off when it gets to the end.

This works really well for AC condensate and light rain, but heavy rains will still pour off normally (but then I don't tend to be outside the trailer when it's raining heavily). Both my current and previous trailers had the drains located directly over a cargo door, so it was an essential hack.
