Slide Cam falling out

I found a loose nut on the floor under my passenger side slide of my 37TS. After looking under the slide I was able to locate the cam roller under the slide too. I was able to get that roller back into the whole and tightened down, at least somewhat, well. I got a bore scope to see the other 2 slide rail assemblies under the slide in the middle and the one closest to the kitchen area. I can see at least one more missing in there and a couple that appear to be loose. My question is how do I access these bolts to tighten them? They had to be tightened at some point during install, so there should be a way, right? There isn't an access panel in the bins below and the area under the love seat is solid with no access panels, so I can't figure out how to get to them now. I can't help but think that a dollars worth of lock tight would have prevented this issue while the coach was being built.

I had the same issue, you have to remove the skirting on the platform. The skirt is held onto the plywood decking by scare drive screws. You have to comb through the carpeting to locate them, once they are removed the skirt comes off. You can then access them. I took an Allen wrench and bent it so I could get it into the head while I used a wrench to tighten the nut. It is not easy but can be done. You have to do it blind as almost impossible to see when your hands and arms are in there. If you still need help post a few photos of where you are having issues and I will see if I can help.

Did you do the tightening of the rollers with the slide all the way out or in or just partially extended?

The slide was out all the way. I put a jack under it on the outside and just put slight pressure on it to loosen the tension on the system.

So far I've felt all over that carpeting on the slideout and I can't find the screws holding the piece on. I even took a magnet and ran it over the carpeting to see if it would help me and still nothing. I can see where the seam is from the side to the top material and can tell that they are in 2 separate pieces, but I'm at a loss so far in finding the screws. Weird to me that sometimes it is the stuff that would seem to be the easiest that turns out to be the most aggravating. Any advice in finding the screws? I really want to get this job done this weekend.

Here are a couple of photos I took from the stairs. These are Kreg screws that I put in. The original were double square brown screws. Use a #2 square to remove. They are difficult to locate. Use a small pick or screw drive and keep probing.

Thanks. I finally found the 2 screws....and I do mean FINALLY, on the side of my slide to access one area I needed. I looked for well over an hour on another section and never found a single screw to try to access the other roller area. I was able to get the roll back in from the outside and got it tightened down though.
