Slide Toppers??

Measure the gap between the topper and the top of the slide. Go to Walmart and buy two play balls that are slightly larger. Put one at each end under the topper. The tension keeps the wind from being a problem. Easy to pop out with a broom when you are ready to move on to the next stop. We're seasonal now and I build a PVC tube support that is up there all season and does the same thing and also prevents rain puddles.

If you decide to get them- Check with Jayco factory for the slide toppers. They did ours for a little more than half what the dealership wanted. Worth the drive to the factory for us because we also had warranty issues.
Also, ask them to install it with a slope, so the rain doesn't puddle as much.

Our last 3 fifth wheels all came with factory installed toppers.

I wish I had some input before they were installed. If only they would have placed the attachment a couple of inches higher on the rig, they would not be pooling but after 12 years we have learned to live with it.

I had some left over plastic drainage pipe (10") that I cut into two sections that I slide in under the Topper on my long slide to help with the water runoff. Weighs next to nothing and stores nice in the basement.
