slideout motor

I have a 2022 Northpoint. I tried to put the slides out this morning and the kitchen slide doesn't move correctly. The rear of the slide moves as normal, but the front doesn't move at all. The other two slides work correctly. Is there a motor that's not working or is there some other type of problem? Of course, I'm supposed to be leaving Wednesday for a two-week trip. We always find these things when we're ready to leave on a trip.

I'm guessing that is a SlimRack slide system like mine. see attached reset procedure.

I looked at a 2022 Northpoint and it looked like Schwentek slide system. Find the controller and see what error code it is showing. Ours was saying bad cable, and that was the issue. There is a reset on the controller inside a small hole in the front.
