Soft spot on floor of Jayco White Hawk

A soft spot has developed on the floor in front of the kitchen sink on my 2013 Jayco White Hawk. This model has the Arctic package. My dealer tells me that it is out of warranty and the repair will be quite expensive. The dealer is appealing to get Jayco for a "good will" repair, but I am not optimistic about the outcome. Has anyone out there experienced a similar problem?

Common issue on those models, I have one. There is a seam in the floor board (wood skinned foam boards under the lino) in front of the kitchen, the boards compress under weight. I have same issue have not fixed it yet.

We have a 2018 23MRB with that same floor squeek issue.
Wife doesn't like it but I don't think it's any big thing
Haven't asked dealer but don't expect a very enthused response
