Solera Awning not working

Good Morning...We have a 2022 Jayco ....trip no. 5 and awnings (both) want extend.

System is run by BMPro Pad ... Awnings and arms are Solera

Fuses are good. When you hit one awning to extend .. nothing
retract, you here it try... the other awning ... nothing either way


Just checking if anyone has had same problem and resolved it, because it was a simple fix.

Any help, much appreciated, before I call my dealer and set appointment for service.

We had an issue with one of our awnings, the one to the front of the camper, on our second trip out, but after troubleshooting by phone with dealer, we called a mobile service. he discovered the cause quickly; it had come unplugged! He blamed it on Jayco saying they hadn't allowed enough slack on the electrical wire. $280 and one hour later, we were good. Sounds like you may have a different issue if both are refusing to work.
