Some JayCommand icons not working

I have a 2022 Jayco Eagle HT 284 BHOK with solar panels on the roof. I winterized the trailer last fall, turned off the battery switch, removed batteries, taped up cables (so nothing would short out).

The other day, I plugged into power and my JayCommand turned on! (Yes!) I selected "motors" but none of them are working (slide, awning, jacks, etc.). Also, only the lights on the JayCommand board are working. When I try lights in the bathroom, bunkhouse, and the theater seats, they don't work.

Do you need to have the batteries connected and the switch on to have the "motors" to work?

battery switch has to be on for motors...probably need battery too...but may work with the just the battery switch on and plugged into power...if the converter has enough power to run motors with out a battery installed.
