We tried to pair our phone to our 2020 Red Hawk 24B without any success. Watched the video a couple of times. The owner’s manual was no help. Any advice?

Mine works fine, to find, always want to connect.

Mine has paired fine for the last four years. When you say "owner's manual" are you talking about the Greyhawk manual or the Soundstream manual? You can find the Soundstream manual here, if you don't have one: https://www.soundstream.com/manuals/VRN-65HXBRP-Manual.pdf
As stavman said the whole pairing part is done from the phone. I've attached the instructions from the manual.

Try a couple of different phones too. Our Honda Pilot refused to pair with my Motorola Android phone at the time. But my kid's Samsung Androids and my wife's iPhone worked great.

And my phone had no issues pairing with other headunits. Something about the Pilot it didn't like.

These days, Bluetooth kinks are pretty much gone. But try other phones and that'll narrow it down to whether its the headunit or not.

Just from pairing other devices, sometimes the pairing fails and after that point will never pair unless the failed device that was attempted to be paired is deleted from the list of paired devices. ~CA

-x2 Delete, then reinstall.

Are all of the phone's security updates in place?
