Spare tire tool

Bought this used and I got home and one tire was flat. Turns out the tires are all dry rotted. have no tools to lower the stabilizer jack or remove the spare tire. Where can I buy these tools? Amazon just gives me truck spare tire tools which I already have. I drove a Ford E-350.

I carry a X bar aka 4 way lug wrench available almost anywhere tools sold. It has 4 socket sizes on the 4 ends. Handy as I can do most cars and loaned it out to others to do their trailer tires. About $15 at Amazon or Harbor freight.

Alternative, carry a deep socket and a breaker bar. I have the extendable 1/2 ratchet from Harbor freight that I use on my Andersen Hitch that I also carry that would probably work well for that also.

I got my tires replaced today and the 4 socket wrench did the trick. I do still need to figure out what the tool looks like to lower the spare tire. That is a complete mystery and I’ve tried 5 stores.

Should be like this.
Get the correct socket size.
Or head to harbor freight and get enough cheap extensions to reach the bolt head and figure out what size it is. Good chance it’s 3/4 but not guaranteed.

I don't have your RV but if the spare is drawn up into a well under the RV then it has a cable winch device. So all you need that is the proper size socket and some kind of ratchet to turn it. If in a depression or recess an extension will be needed.
Might I also suggest you get a torque wrench to make sure the wheel nuts are properly tightened. Once mine were so tight I could not get them off an X wrench. Took back to tire guy and asked him to remove them after he claimed they always torqued them down. Was hilarious to watch him turn red trying to get them off with a X wrench. He finally got a air gun, took them off and carefully put back on with a real torque wrench and apologized. Weeks later i had a flat in the middle of nowhere.
