Stainless Replacement Sink

FYI, I have a 2021 267BHS. I ended up getting this sink from Amazon: Amazon.com. We got the 27" one. It was thicker stainless than the eTrailer ones. Fits perfectly in the whole for drop in or undermount. The issue was my laminate on the counter from the old sink had a little water damage, so rather than use a bunch of caulk, we are using it drop in. So much nicer! That, and we picked up a real faucet from Lowe's. Now just to adjust the drains a bit, which we will finish tomorrow and I'll post a picture.

Just saw your Amazon link. Nice sink. I’m looking for a single bowl. But good to know the 27 inch can drop in easy.

Yes, I'm worried about cutting into the countertop too. I'll look at it again next time we go camping. I keep TT in a store Lot.
I think it can be done; I'm just not sure how to approach it. I've also considered replacing the countertop with a solid surface.

Here you go. Before and after. Just made sure inner measurements of the sink were less than or equal to the existing cut out and no counter mods needed.

Very cool! Thank you for posting this. I like the drop-in for the same reasons you stated. It would allow me to seal and cover any damage created by the OE sink's removal; I am not convinced that I can keep the countertop wrap unscathed in the removal process. That stuff is super prone to failure and not the least bit durable. We want a single-hole. I'm going to use your information and see if I can find the same or very similar product in a single-hole model.
Thanks Again!

@CUCraigT: What was your approach to the removal of the OE sink? How did it go?

Yes. Craig T let me know if you find a single bowl stainless steel that’s fits. Thanks.
I'm considering this one on Amazon. It has the same dimensions as the one CUCraigT installed.

@CUCraigT: What was your approach to the removal of the OE sink? How did it go?
Overall removal was pretty easy.

1. Took out the drainpipes underneath
2. Took out the screws of the holders underneath (8 of them, I believe. One was a little harder to get to, so I just got the other 7 completely out.
3. Then it was held in just with silicone caulk. Took a putty knife and just worked around it. TBH, the places against the thermofoil went well. It was underneath where I had some of the exposed particle board that had gotten wet from previous owner. They were a little swollen and wanted to tear a bit, so I just worked it slowly.
4. Then, we were able to maneuver the sink to pull it back up through the whole
5. Then we put the new faucet in. Word of note, there was no middle hole on ours, so we had to drill that out also. Also, just cut a put a connection on the PEX to convert to the typical household 3/8 compression fitting
6. New sink dropped right in, so we could look at it. **NOTE, taking this in and out has a chance to damage the thermafoil if it isn't in good shape. Just keep an eye on that. The good thing is you are going to cover all of that anyways if doing a drop in
7. After looking at fit, pull it out, put a bead of clear silicon all along the lip it will sit it, fit it down in the hole, apply downward pressure, and wipe off caulk that squeezes out
8. Let it set/dry overnight or for a few hours. Come back in and put a small bead of clear silicone caulk around the whole sink and let that dry
9. **NOW is the trickiest part. Lining up the drains. If you are flipping to a single bowl, you are going to have to completely rebuild down to the p trap. If using two bowls, you may get lucky, but my drains were offset a bit, so I had to get a new p trap with flex and also cut off and fit it to one of the existing drain pipes. Luckily I could reuse the piece of drain pipe from the sink drains then down to this new p trap.
10. After you have that all fit, put it all together and test it out!

Let me know if you have other questions.

Nice. Not vouching for it, but give it a shot. I really liked the fact mine (and that one) come with the drain, strainer, and all. We were really happy with the one we got. Haven't used it for a camping trip yet, but will in a couple weeks.

Thank you so much! This is excellent! We are encouraged to go for it. I'll post here when we get it done.
