Steer Safe or Safe-T-Plus okay with JRide?

Our 2014 Greyhawk has JRide Plus which includes the front sway bar. I have been reading that the Steer Safe stabilizer helps you maintain control in the event of a front tire blowout or striking a deep pothole. Some motorhome owners use Safe-T-Steer instead.

I think these two devices have a different purpose than the JRide sway bar. Is that correct? Does anyone here run either of those on their Jayco motorhome? Are you pleased with them? Ever had a front wheel blowout with either one? And, do they play well with the JRide components?

Before I invested in a fancy, heavy suspension addition, I would get a TPMS and a good air pump. I find that having the info to warn of a critical situation can help you avert a wide number of issues.

We have over 6,000 miles of highway (1,000 or so of a road caled the AlCan) with no issues so far. Now bad traffic jams and high heat nearly got us in Atlanta, but it also let me know to pull over and let the tires cool down before a failure.

Also if you have one of these systems, do you have a spare should the issue they solve for occurs? Afaik, the Jayco hawk series of class C's don't come with a spare.
We had to buy a spare and a mount for the hitch. Sure you have road side assistance and maybe a tire protection package, but if out of cell range or out of range for most towns, then what? Oh and You will need a a BIG bottle Jack, and a means to get the lug nuts off and back on, torqued properly. Like a fire extinguisher, I hope I never need it, but when I do, I will have it.

A little food for thought. Oh and when I checked the air in my tires after picking it up from the dealer, they were no where near what the door sticker from Jayco said they should be.

I have also been contemplating the Safe-T-Steer for my 29MV.
Anything to help staying on the straight and narrow.

My Jayco just has the stock JRide. I ran into a huge hole that was big enough to remove my wheel cover and there was no tendency whatsoever to go off track. This was at 60mph on an interstate. I'd have to say that the stock equipment is adequate. Also my rig handles and drives very nicely. Better than my last two rigs and much better than my 30' Winnebago Class A.

Interesting question from a safety standpoint. I will go 2x on the TPMS. We just finished 27 days on the road acros the south. We had one day in particular where I backed off the speed and took a couple of breaks to keep the tire pressure down. When we stopped, I even opened the hood to reduce the heat.

As I recall, we stopped at CW someplace in GA and bought a fan which we now pkace between the seats to help push the days air back to help the roof AC circulate the air.
