Support braces?!?

I have a 1996 Jayco 1207….. there are no support braces for the poles. Did these not come with them? Can they be purchased after market?

If you are referring to the roof lift posts the later year pups did not come with braces. The lifter system has a built in brake on each post. That is why you are supposed to raise it slightly before lowering.

Thank you! I’m a total newbie working on a big project.
Any idea why one pole wont go down? 3 will close, 1 wont so she is currently open with a tarp over her till I get off work today to figure it out ��
