Switching frow 5er to greyhawk

Hello everyone,i am in the process of researching a new greyhawk ,either the 31ds,or 31 fk.Hard decision.The fk has a nice open floor plan,not as much wardrobe space and storage in the bedroom as the ds.Ds has great storage,nice rear window.Decisions ,decisions
