Tankless Water Heater no Power

I have a 2023 Jayco Jayflight 184 BS. Our last trip I got a error 5 notice on the inside control. Checked the fuse and came back into the trailer and the inside control was blank. Since I have checked for power getting to the inside and to the outside water heater itself and it seems like no power getting to either. Everything else with power and gas works great. I can NOT find a reset button anyway. HELP please. thanks in advance.

In order for you to get a good response, you will first give water heater manufacturer and model number. Then maybe say a little more about what you checked, how you checked it, and what you found when you checked it.

Every demand heater we've had issues with in our rental properties, when it shows a '5' error....it is because the voltage measured at the motherboard is out of range...either over voltage or even a brief brownout. That may be what happened to you. We do a hard reset (unplug, wait, plug in) and see if it works. That's straight from the manual for what we have installed. You may find an EMS a good investment if your issue is voltage. I started adding these to our tankless instals a few years ago and we've either not had any voltage problems or they really work. Type is Surburban Airxcel and Model number is St60 stock number 5382. I'm not an electrician but I did check for power to the outside unit itself and nothing. Popped off the face of the inside control panel and also no power going to it . On the outside there is a sticker that says the reset button is in the top left but for the life of me I can not find a reset button. All the fuses seem fine to me. I've found some videos on it now, so tomorrow I'll head over and try some things.

When we had tankless, there was three places to check. Circuit breaker, control panel inside had gas and power toggles, and fuses.
