I have a 2004 jayco greyhawk 27ds and it keeps having blowouts on the passenger rear dally inside tire. Are there any possibilities which could cause this issue?
It may be happening because the new tire that replaced the first blow out had more tread thickness than its road worn neighbor and is bearing more weight. The same problem with each blow out since the first one.
Here is a link.
At least two, I've read because losing one puts all of the weight and stress on the lone surviving tire.
Yeah - and I've read when one blows, you really need to replace both. Which can mean all four if there's significant wear.

Many internet sites recommend replacing tires 3-5 years. I have had three tire separate. I out tire pressure sensors on the valve stems. This saved me once already. The alarm sounded for low air pressure. When a tire is running low on air the temperature of tires increases and will cause a blowout or tire separation. Do not buy cheap tires. Check the date of manufacture on the tires. Post when you have solved the problem!
Got a feeling they won't be back....only 4 posts and nothing added to this one.
They were not mismatched. I bought four tires at the same time. All were the same. From the look of your tires I suspect mismatched size. When replacing 1 tire in a set of duals you MUST measure both tires and confirm the Outside Circumference of the 2 tires are within +/- 3/4". You didn't say what your TPMS readings were. This information would be helpful in solving the mystery
