I have a 2004 jayco greyhawk 27ds and it keeps having blowouts on the passenger rear dally inside tire. Are there any possibilities which could cause this issue?

How often do you check tire pressure, especially the inside duals? Is there space between the sidewalls on the rear tires? Have you weighed it on a certified scale...are the weights within the limits for the tire?

It may be happening because the new tire that replaced the first blow out had more tread thickness than its road worn neighbor and is bearing more weight. The same problem with each blow out since the first one.

Here is a link.

Yeah - and I've read when one blows, you really need to replace both. Which can mean all four if there's significant wear.

At least two, I've read because losing one puts all of the weight and stress on the lone surviving tire.

it does take more of the weight because of the taller tread but the tires flex more than the tread difference so it's not the weight that does it, it's the different circumference as it goes round causing extra flexing within the tire carcass. The more worn tire slips, the newer one flexes and heats up.

There could also be things like a bit of bodywork or fender bent and dragging against it.

While you are working on the problem you can check a couple of other things. Check the rear axle weights by just weight one side at a time. Possibly overloaded for the weight rating of the tires. Check the brakes to make sure one side is doing all the braking and doing tire damage, unlikely, but possible.

And I agree that duals should be replaced together and the whole axle if possible. Double check that the springs and/or shocks are working properly. Measure the axle to trailer clearance is the same on both sides. You may also need an axle alignment if they are crooked that can cause problems.

Post when you have solved the problem!

Don't forget to get a good TPMS system to protect you in the future!

Many internet sites recommend replacing tires 3-5 years. I have had three tire separate. I out tire pressure sensors on the valve stems. This saved me once already. The alarm sounded for low air pressure. When a tire is running low on air the temperature of tires increases and will cause a blowout or tire separation. Do not buy cheap tires. Check the date of manufacture on the tires. Imported tires are a year old before even arriving in the USA

Imported tires. Learned the hard way to check manufactured dat3 and to o my buy American made tires.
The true maker said I ran them low on air pressure. Checked before ke@ving every time. Maybe I ran over something. . Two out of four tires? 59% failure rate.

From the look of your tires I suspect mismatched size. When replacing 1 tire in a set of duals you MUST measure both tires and confirm the Outside Circumference of the 2 tires are within +/- 3/4". You didn't say what your TPMS readings were. This information would be helpful in solving the mystery

They were not mismatched. I bought four tires at the same time. All were the same.
Tire pressure was as per door jam directions. 80 PSI

Where u buying tires. Had the same problem when I bought from Walmart. One tire I didn't get 50 miles on when it blew out.

I am pretty interested in the outcome of this post. Our 2024 Jayco GreyHawk 30Z has one tire that runs hotter than the other five. And the one that happens to have the problem is Right Rear Inner tire. Five of the tires will go from 80 PSI when we start on a trip and work up to about 87 or 88 when the outdoor temperature is in the 70's. The right rear inner has gone as high as 95 PSI when the other five are below 90 PSI
