Well it happen finally. While extending the slide out the entire electrical shut down. I have looked at all the fuses but nothing failed. But the entire system went down. Recharged the battery but nothing. No small spark even when the positive post wire is replaced. Something has broken the main power circuit. Any ideas??

Some trailers have in-line fuses for some higher load circuits. They are usually located in the wiring near the higher load device. Maybe yours has this?

I had a trailer that had a similar issue. There was a resettable fuse in an electrical box under the trailer near the tongue. Trace the 12 v from the battery under the trailer.

Good news is being a 2012 you should be under warranty! If you are in a pinch, you should be able to do some quick diagnostics.

When you say you have checked all the fusses, can you give more details on what you did. There are a couple of points of failure along the way you can quickly diagnose.

Do you have a multimeter? If so, check the battery voltage. Next, look for an inline fuse near the battery and using the small metal tabs check the voltage on both side of the fuse. Sometimes, you will find corrosion on the battery terminals or in the external fuse that cause your issue, even though the fuse is not blown.

Next if you can see behind your converter, you should see the large wire coming into the converter from the battery where you can check if there is a problem with the wire from the battery to the converter. There are two fuses in the panel that need to be checked.

Ok I am going to follow your advise and yes I can operate a multi meter and will do the checks. I also learned that someone had turned on the heat thermostat and the fan was running at the same time the slide out was operating. Maybe it was too high of draw and a breaker somewhere triped.

Bingo found it

Well I used my meter and found no power at the fuse box so started working backward and finally found a small rubber incased 30amp fuse located under the propane bottles that had blown. Its clear that when moving the slide while running the heater fan exceeded the amp draw and the in line fuse failed.
It would be nice if jayco manuals would indicate this in the electrical section but it doesn't show up. Any how thanks for the great advice.

I'm late to the party but that was going to be my guess. I bet it's the in-line fuse from the battery. Terry's PD (problem diagnosis) was right on.

Just a follow up comment I neglected to mention....I noted checking both sides of the top of the fuse. I had a similar situation and did the same troubleshooting; however I DID have power on both sides of the fuse but NO power at the panel. I was thinking the supply wire had broken. Turns out the fuse holder had gone bad and corroded inside on the output side. I replaced the holder with a good quality marine grade waterproof holder and it is doing much better!
