We have a T26Y Toy hauler and 1 drawback we found is a total lack of outside storage compartments, We have the on board Onan which I believe uses the space that would have been a storage compartment. I saw last year that Lippert has an under frame mounted storage drawer system and this fall we decided to pick one up to get all the stuff out of the back of the truck.

I knew that I would have to modify the frame of the box to fit the spacing of the Jayco frame rails, so instead of removing the existing I added some new channels.
Once it was welded and painted I clamped it in place where I wanted it, I screwed it in place with some self drilling screws and then drilled up into the frame rails and tapped some 3/8" bolts int it. On the top are some lock nuts to keep the bolts from backing out.
Drawers back in and now all that stuff I need outside (hoses, cords, mats, levelling blocks, hitch bars,etc have a place that is not in the back of the truck or trailer.
