trailer lift?

I have a X23B TT......It sits very low to the ground and was wondering if it is possible or worth lifting it. Do they make TT "lift kits"?
Are their disadvantages to lifting it?

What Year? Somewhere around 2008 they went from the Ultra-Frame to the Next-Gen Frame and standard brackets Torflex axles.

I believe it is a 2016 (bought it used and can't recall)

Dexter Axle still might have lift kit available for Torflex Axles (searh their web Torflex Lift Kit), if not go to an welding-shop for a custom job. They even can make you the pieces you need if you are a DIYer.

We got the optional 2" lift kit when we bought, still pretty low.

Do you know what type of suspension you have? Around 2017 +/- a year, Jayco changed to a leaf spring suspension. If that is what you have you can flip the axle. If you have a torsion suspension you can have a welding shop, make a lift kit. A few people on the forum have done it and posted images.

Flip the axles if possible, I know several who have done that without issues

I did the Torflex lift on my Forest River. Those were simply steel blocks that get added between the frame and axles. Gained about 3 inches on that one.

Our Outback had leaf springs that had already been flipped. We added the aftermarket Lippert Correct Track. Not only does it allow easier alignment, but it adds 2 inches of height to the trailer.

It is pretty much a giant brick behind the truck, either way. The lifts are only a few inches. I saw no change in MPG towing my trailer, after the lift.

Lift Kit

I have an '08 Jayco Featherweight 254 (the number beside the door). I'd like to raise the trailer, but the axles are built into brackets that are bolted to the frame - not your typical trailer axle set up. it seems to be unique to Jayco trailers. At least, I've never seen this type before. Any suggestions?

I’d like to see those pics if I can find them I have a 2018 behind my leveled f350 the trailer cold use a couple inches to catch up just wondering about the steps

Re gas mileage question:
I had the dealer flip the axle on our 145RB last year. Although our trailer is small, the 4 inch lift had a negligible effect on our gas mileage when towing.
