I am leaking onto my new asphalt parking area.
How do you fix this leak ?
This appears to be in a cooler line.

I'm fairly handy with all sorts of motorized transportation and for a fact, I wouldn't even attempt to spend any of my time on that, I'd be on the phone finding a provider with a facility that can take me in and put everything on hold until the fix is in. Sometimes whose fingerprints are on a fix matter greatly. You need a professional.
Nothing in your post indicates in or out of warranty so that would be some of the determination as to who you can call.

Is the coupling tight? If it is then back it off and by hand reseat the flare, hand tighten ( no wrench) until the flare seats squarely and only then snug it up with a wrench. If it's an o-ring type fitting replace the o-ring and use teflon tape on the threads.

trans fluid will melt white teflon tape. like I said, fingerprints matter.

It's not a temperature issue. There are several different PTFE tapes and they are used for specific applications. White will dissolve due to the additives used in trans fluid. You suggested replacing the o ring. With what? There are three specifications of o ring design...material (viton, nitrile, edpm, etc.) diameter and thickness. All important to whether this is a duck tape fix or something that will last. Again, the OP should seek a professional with a manual and experience not a diy fix and if it's under warranty should not attempt anything themselves.

An old saying definitely applies here, If you don't know what you're doing, don't do it.

Without going down the hole into a make it up as you go internet debate, if you don't want to take it into a shop and you can screw in a light bulb, determine if its a flare fitting leak, or o-ring problem. If it's an o-ring, just replace the o-ring and then teflon tape the threads. If it's a flare fitting chances are it's worked loose. If you do take it apart inspect both the the flare and the cup for defects. If one or the other are defective you'll have to replace that section of the line.
