Looking for adhesive recommendations when reattaching the screw cover trim on the underside of the cabover area. Had to pull and reseat passenger side corner.

Your molding is different than most I have seen, generally speaking if the molding will not stay in place then it is common to just replace it as often it shrinks and will not stay in place when the rubber ages and becomes less pliable. However, if I was to glue it and as it appears may be the case on yours, I would use a thin layer of back silicone along the edges of the metal channel and I would do this on a warm day vs a cold day or at least use a hair dryer to attempt to warm up the rubber molding while reattaching it. ~CA

Welcome! I would use something that is made for outdoors, has excellent adhesion and can flex with the RV. 3M 4200 would be a good choice. It’s a marine adhesive so it will do a great job at helping stop water intrusion.

I recently reattached some rubber stripping around my entry door. I used Permatex adhesive. Seems to hold well. Another option may to try some hot glue. I have used that inside for molding around the door.

Warm here in SC today over 80 so the trim was easily reinstalled. Used Sikasil N Plus n both seams after firmly pressing the cover trim back over the track. Sikasil N Plus was what my local RV shop is using for most exterior seal spots.
