We will be in the Tucson area in February for some craft shows and looking for suggestions for campgrounds.

Can't tell you about regular campgrounds but Catalina State Park is nice, has electric [50 amp in campground B] and water but it no sewer, has a dump station. Host in B are really nice people We just got back from there.
