we have a 2025 Jay Feather 23RK and I want to install a TV in the bedroom. The wall is marked as where to place the TV bracket, My question is what is behind that wall at the marked spot and what thickness.

My brother-in-law wanted to put a TV in the bedroom in his camper and there was a sticker where the TV mount was to be put. He ran a very small drill bit through the paneling and hit nothing in about 6 places. I have one of those stud finders that lets you know where the 2x4s are in dry walled wall are and I got it and we found nothing but where the studs were located (about 18"apart). Could not find any backing for the TV mount at all. I told him what I would do is get a nice piece of 1/2" plywood and finish it with stain and varnish and screw it to the studs we located and mount his TV to that.

My camper had the sticker for the TV but when I drilled in there was nothing there. I used something like this

Contact Jayco and ask for the wall schematic..

Thanks for this - and not to steal from the thread, but would getting schematics be something anyone could do just for future potential needs? Does one just simply ask for full schematic for model 123xyz and the send em?

I could see having these as something that would be very useful over the life of having a camper.

Pretty sure toggle bolts are not recommended for a TV and thin paneling :cautious:
You need a stud finder or a handsome carpenter :) to tap on the wall and feel/locate the block.
If installed properly you'd think the block (2x4 or 2x6) is fastened to the 2x2 studs.
Wall schematics means "in the area" just like wiring diagrams
