Tv mod for 2019 377 help!

getting ready to take delivery of our new Northpoint 377. Have a question and need opinions from current 377 owners who have done living room TV Mods, or those thinking about doing them. Going to have to put an articulating arm so the tv can be viewed from the entire couch. I found one on Amazon that is low profile and folds to 2.9". wondering from others if this mount will work and if you think that the tv will still go down for storage. I'll put the model number on here and you can look it up if you want.

I cannot comment on the mount but I would recommend a sound bar. The sound quality is horrible on the TV's
