TV remote won’t work at all

We just purchased a 2024 Jay Feather Micro. The remote for the Connexx TV won’t even turn the TV on. We have replaced the batteries with no help. Has anyone else had this problem?

You can determine if it's the remote or the TV by pointing the remote at your phone camera. A camera can see the IR from your remote.

On to more obvious solutions. Is the trailer plugged in and does the TV have power to it?

Does the TV work using the switches on the set? If so, try slowly sweeping the remote around the set while holding down the power button. Our latest is very sensitive as to exactly where the remote is pointed (lower right corner & little, if any angle). We also have to hold the button down for 3 or 4 seconds to get a response. A bit annoying, but not worth the expense to upgrade.

We had a bedroom TV that you had to be less than 2 feet from it before the remote would work. Tried z different remote with the same results. Had that one replaced under warranty.
