Hello,

Newbie here, looking at a used 2011 23B...

Roof, walls and floors seem to be solid; no evidence of water damage I could find after a couple hours of looking.

I did notice that the black membrane on the underside of the trailer seem a little loose in all four corners. I've tried searching the forum, as I seem to recall seeing a thread about this. But so far my "google-fu" has failed me.

I've attached a pic that shows what I'm talking about.

Two questions,
1) What the heck is this thing called for future searches :)
2) Is this a problem or normal?

Thanks!

OK, my "google-fu" is working now...at least as far as figuring out what the stuff is called. Darco is apparently the brand name of this type of tarp-like material...

Still trying to figure out is the looseness is ok or not..

It's ok, I have seen it on a lot of trailers. Just to be on the safe side, make sure that the floor above these places is solid, also check the walls in the same spots where they meet the floor. If every thing is solid then you should be fine.

Check and double check every thing again! make sure that you have not over looked anything, poke around on every thing, don't leave anything unturned.
