Upgrade to Heat Pump?

My 2015 Pinnacle has a brace of Coleman Mach A/C units. I'd like to update to heat pump units, if that isn't stupid-awful hard to do. The "stupid awful hard" part would be wiring if the existing wiring cannot support operating a heat pump independently of the furnace (my old camper had a heat pump and a Dometic thermostat that had four positions: COOL, OFF, HEAT, and HEAT PUMP). This would be great for conserving propane when it's above the mid-30s, and likely more efficient than space heaters (of which the "fireplace" is one).

Opinions on which brands to shop? Knowledge about the wiring?

The wiring should be there, you just need to change the thermostat since it was a factory option. The Coleman stat has heat gas/elec as the selection.
