We are moving back to a motorhome, found a 26' B+ with a 15' slide out the left side with walk around queen and U-dinette.
2016 E-450 chassis with 42,500 miles for $37,500 US. Taking a road trip next week to finalise the deal and bring it home.
We listed our '04 Jayflight 21FB Saturday afternoon and had 7 hits on it in very short order. Closed the deal on Monday morning for $5,500 US. Pretty good considering we paid $7,250 nine years ago and our yearly costs for repairs and maintenance averaged around $250.
The buyer is pretty stoked, we kept it up well everything works like it should and there's no smell, stains or leaks anywhere. Included new wheels with 3 year old tires and the 200W solar array as the MH comes with solar and a genny.

Congrats on the new rig, hope it works out for ya! Our first trailer we bought from my wife's uncle for about $5000 with a little rot in the rear corner. Fixed the rot, replaced the tires, sold it for $5000 five years later.
