Washer Dryer combo installed lost power to the entire coach side

What does "no power at all" mean, both 120v and 12v? Are you plugged into shore power? Did you trip the shore power breaker? Did you trip the main breaker in the converter panel? Do you know how to troubleshoot electrical systems? Do you know a good electrician? It could be a lot of things all of which can't be checked over the internet. Post some more information here so we might make educated guesses.

I had a new washer dryer comb installed and now the coach has no power at all.
Any ideas what could be tripped.

If memory serves you have a 2020 TS, all rigs that vintage came pre-wired and pre-plumbed for laundry appliance installation. So you should have already had a dedicated circuit and circuit breaker in your power center. They should not have had to modify anything to put it in.

As earlier responder asked, have you checked all your breakers and the power you are plugged into? Have you tried starting your generator to see if that makes any difference? If your transfer switch is acting up you might have generator power but the switch may not transfer to shore power as it should.

Thank you!

Thank you for the quick response.
The service department said they shut the battery shut off switch to the off position and forgot to turn it back on.
