I have a 21 Precept 31UL. Turned on the electric water heater and it’s not working. I checked the breaker, it’s not tripped, I checked both legs of power all is fine there.

The water heater will work on LP

Anyone have suggestions?

The most common cause would be a burned out heating element. I would disconnect the power and check the resistance on the water heater element with an ohm meter. ~CA

Confused, I have a 2021 Alante 31V and AFAIK, I have to use propane for the tankless water heater. At least I think I do, Never tried with propane off. Saying we can? We have a 6 gal. gas/electric DSI auto-ignition water heater.

I usually have propane on for fridge while traveling and using grill at camp site, would like to save on propane with full hookups when taking shower/using faucets.

I usually have the power switch set to ON, rocker switch on the outside heater panel, unless in storage.
