Water In Fridge

Happy Wednesday! We have a 2018 30.5CKTS Eagle HT Fifth Wheel. Ever since we have had it I find water in my refrigerator when we are camping. We are weekend warriors. I noticed it because I use Frig Bins in my refrigerator. One of the bins on the left side always has about a 1/2 inch of water after the weekend. I know it's coming from the drain tube and I have repositioned it multiple times. I have tried to reshape it a bit to make it more open as it bends to slide onto the drain sleeve. It's not a big deal obviously or I would have taken it in. I just wondered if anyone else has had this happen and if they were able to correct it. Thanks for any insight you can provide!

It's possible that a small bug or dirt got up inside the tube preventing proper drainage. Can you clean out the tube or replace it altogether to remove any obstructions?

Randel is correct. Has happened to me twice in 5 years. Bugs get in the outlet drain tube and then is doesnt drain and you get pooling water on the inside. Find the outlet tube and use something to clean as far as you can get it in there. I then use a air hose and lightly blow air into the tube. This clears anything thats in there out of the tube and it will drain again. Its hard to find or get to the inside hole where it drains so blowing air backwards works for me.

Do you have a water filter inside the refrigerator?

Depending on the model of the fridge, the drain may be freezing up. Take a look at the drain hose in the outside access for any obvious bug blockage, and if not, blow into the tube. If you can, the tube is clear, and your issue lies with something else.

I will have to take a look next time I have it here. It seems smashed flat inside the frig where it goes onto the little port, like the drain hose needs to be longer so it doesn't have to make a hard 90 degree angle to fit on the port. Maybe it is blocked. I appreciate your input.

Not sure of your fridge model, but my Norcold 2118 always had water in the bottom of the cabinet.
Main cause, poor design. When the fridge defrosts, the condensate would run down the back of the cabinet instead of dripping into the drip tray. To make matters worse, the door alignment was off and the center flap wouldn't seal properly allowing humid air to build up excessive frost on the fins and would also not allow the fridge to cool properly.
I added a strip of white tape to the cabinet above the drip tray (see photo) so when it defrosts the condensate actually drips into the drip tray. Also, verify your door/s are shutting and sealing properly. Mine required shimming up the left hinge.
