I get hot and cold water out of the outside and inside showers when on the fresh water tank with the pump and I can hear the pump running. I do not get water to the kitchen nor bathroom sink or the toilet. The pump never turns on when I open those faucets or the toilet. Same results on city water (without the pump on). The last time I stayed in the trailer about 14 months ago, these all worked.

I did drain the water heater and water lines last winter. I did not add antifreeze because it rarely gets below freezing in Riverside, CA.

I did check the valves on the water heater and I do get hot water out of both showers. I also checked the valve on on the pump.

I’m baffled

If you're sure that your plumbing valve lineup is correct then I'd suggest removing the aerator on the end of your faucet to see if it's clogged. Also try running the water with the aerator off in case there's any larger size chunks of something in the line. Remember lefty-loosey and righty-tighty when removing the aerator and also remember how the different screens and parts inside the aerator come apart and are put back together. Also if the faucets are the single handle type make sure they’re being opened correctly meaning is the handle being pulled forward or maybe pushed back to open and then pushed left to right for your change from hot to cold. Here’s a link pertaining to cleaning an aerator. The toilet supply valve may also have debris in it. Let us know what you find.

Well I thought my water heater bypass valves were properly set. The problem was I followed the Jaco manual pictures & the sticker on the water heater and should have followed the intent of the design.

I also had an issue with debris in the aerators. Surprisingly, the screen filter in the pump was clean.

Thanks Dora!

That’s great news. I lots of times make my own notes on a pad of paper and store them in the trailer for future reference so I don’t have to re- learn the little things year to year. Just makes life easier. Congrats and thanks for the feedback
