Water pump problem

Our water pump runs for five seconds, and then shuts off.
The JY command system shows in error when it shuts down.
Thinking it was the pump itself, I replaced it with a new one, it still does the same thing.
I am trying to figure out what the error means on the J command control panel.

Does pump run even when not asked to. If so this indicates you have a leak somewhere

No the pump only runs when I open a faucet or flush the toilet. After about 5 seconds the pump shuts off and a trouble icon shows up on my JAYCOMMAND control screen. Please see attachment below. What does the trouble icon mean/indicate?

Hi Kim, what was the fix for this? My 199mbs is doing something similar. I Can turn the pump then on at the touchscreen and it will restore function for a while. Then, again same problem.
