Caught this obviously overloaded tow vehicle driving through Sunshine Key rv park. Who should I call?

I hope the truck's axles and transmission will stay together until they get to dump their load. Good thing they have the duel rear wheels, and hopefully tire rated air pressure to minimize overheating the tires.
