I don't know. I didn't touch the trailer today. I did look at it.
This works pretty good in the automotive industry for cleaning parts. It's not even cold out in the grand scheme of things but the door latch's deadbolt got to where we were afraid we were going to break keys off trying to turn it. Pulling it off and taking it apart, the lubricant seems to have gummed-up and is now doing the exact opposite of what a lubricant is supposed to do.
I haven't fixed-fixed it yet, I got as much of the lubricant off with paper towels as I can, and when I have time I'll look into what's acceptable as a mechanism lube on this pot-metal part. When I was a kid I used graphite for Pinewood Derby but those never got run out in the rain. Will also need to see what's a good degreaser to use to remove the existing stuff completely.

Any form of lithium grease works well for me for lubricating small parts. And unlike wd-40 it stays put for some time.

2021 Feather 27RL purchased in 2020. It has about 50K miles on it. The only thing I have had an issue with is the door(2) latches/knobs. They must of been bad, hard to close and would open on the road. Changed them out with the exact same and zero issues. Other than that and that the tanks sensors have been junk since day 1, no issues. Oh the shark antenna is junk. We dont even use it.
I forgot to mention, I just heard the heating rod sizzling... that means my tank is dry.
