Just bought a 2014 Precept 31 ft. What kind/size wheel chocks should I get. We have a sloped driveway. I am not sure if that matters when buying the chocks.

I would make sure you get some heavy rubber ones. There's alot of light plastic ones on the market, but on concrete they can slide sometimes, so assuming the driveway is concrete or paved, I would go rubber like these.
