Whirlpool residential refrigerator issue

We have a 2019 Precept 31UL. The refrigerator and freezer sections in the side-by-side Whirlpool do not cool evenly. The top sections of both side are warm when the bottom appears to be cooled to the appropriate temperature. Has anyone had similar issues? I figured I'd ask before setting up an appointment at the dealership. Thanks.

Dealer may, or may not look at it. You might be told to have an appliance company look at it.

Good luck. When you contact Whirlpool be sure they know it's in an RV because they might want access to the rear of the fridge. I went thru this. First my dealer said I would be responsible for removing fridge. I called BS. It was 3 months old at the time so dealer did agree to remove it and then had whirlpool tech come and repair. Mine is difficult since its elevated about 8 inches. Yours might be different

Our refrigerator is also elevated. I'm going to confirm with the dealer that I will not be responsible for moving it if necessary. Thanks.
