just got my red hawk 29xk , went to winterize got half way thru and water pump died, called dealer and pentair they think pressure valve got stuck closed, so i put it on city fixtures and connected a cheap transfer pump and winterized it that way you can also switch setting to fill water tank with pink stuff, as far as the disconnect switch if you hold main shutoff in for more than a few seconds it shuts the relay and it will not operate, the manual says disconnect negative battery terminal an reconnect that resets the relay and it will work again- happy holidays
