xantrex freedom x 1200 Inverter not working

Hello we just purchased our north point 377rlbh 5th wheel a couple weeks ago. It has a xantrex freedom x 1200 inverter in it. It worked great for a week. And now the both screens the one on the inverter and inside the hallway won’t even light up. Any suggestions on what is going on? Any way to reset it? We are on a trip right now and really need it for the refrigerator while driving. We are also full timers. Any help would be great!!!

There may be a tripped reset button on the inverter. Not sure where it is located.

I think it is tripped but when I push the button it does not go in or pop out. Thanks for the info.

What is the charge level of your coach batteries?

Well I did some investigation yesterday and it turns out I had a bad battery. The input level into the inverter was 8.8 volts. The screen in the camper was saying 13.2 volts. Ended up replacing that battery with a interstate and will need to replace the other battery soon as well. Thanks for the help
