I have the 16XRB, and I have it with the 13,500 BTU AC. Can't speak to the 8K unit, but we're happy with ours.

No leaks or anything.

We were at Quakerwoods in Quakertown PA. Nothing spectacular going on there. Just trying different places out. Plenty of toads on the premises kept our little ones occupied for hours!

And if you're wondering, I looked under both benches inside - where the tank is AND where the water heater is, and there are no additional valves in there that lead out here.
